Cruz Fitness Systems' Online Personal Training
gives my clients the opportunity to receive personal
training services from their homes by accessing my
membership site which includes:
- Workouts with over 1000 image and video
enhanced exercises and activities
- A daily food diary with over 7000 foods that
include nutritional information such as
calories, carbs, protein and fat
- A shopping list generator
- Fitness progress reports
- The ability to sync a handheld device such
as a palm to track self-paced workouts and a
daily food diary
- The ability to enter information and get an
analysis of your current fitness level including
your BMI (body mass index),
body fat percentage, recommended daily caloric intake, average weekly
calories burned and more.
- Depending on your membership level, either
your personal trainer, Vinny, or you will set up
exercises and meal plans.
- Your calendar will give you a view of all
scheduled fitness data including exercise,
nutrition, measurements, pictures and notes.
- You'll be able to request time for phone
consultations with your personal trainer, Vinny.
- You'll be able to upload before and after
pictures to track your progress.
- Vinny will create individually designed
personal training programs for the beginner,
intermediate or advanced individual.
- Vinny will tailor a personal training
fitness program for every women whether she
wants to tone her body and lose fat, get ready
for her wedding, tone up after her pregnancy, or
even special events such as skiing,
running, hiking and more.
- You'll be able to set up training for weight
loss / weight management and cardio fitness.
- Cruz Fitness Systems will help you to set
your own personal training fitness goals.
