I will help you to come up with an intense boot camp style program that will suit you, and most importantly I will show you how to do it all in 1 hour - 2 to 3 times a week because what matters is: How you train, not how long you train!

And, if you're looking to learn how to defend yourself against a potentially dangerous situation that could lead to an aggravated assault then I can also include Combat Kickboxing in your program. Combat Kickboxing is a no-nonsense hybrid self-defense system, which will not only get you in shape, but will train you to have a warrior’s mentality, which is crucial if you truly intend to overcome and take out an attacker or assailant, whose only motive is to hurt you and take you out.

Unlike many major health clubs where you are required to purchase huge personal training packages in order to get a discount price or their so called “best deal” package, I charge only one low fee of $60 per session, and you can pay only for the session that you train, or train with 1 - 3 friends and share the cost (self-defense training only).
