My name is Vincent Cruz, and I would like to take this moment to encourage you to take advantage of my 25 years of experience in both the Personal Training and Martial Arts fields. I am an independent certified trainer in the Albany, New York area who understands that many people such as you work in the corporate world, and that making time for your health and peace of mind in a world of unending demands can be difficult. But, the bottom line still stands that even with all of these demands you still need to find your own time and space because fitness matters.

The health benefits of moderate exercise are substantial, including

I will help you to come up with an intense boot camp style program that will suit you, and most importantly I will show you how to do it all in 1 hour - 2 to 3 times a week. Because what matters is: How you train, not how long you train!

And, if you're looking to learn how to defend yourself against a potentially dangerous situation that could lead to an aggravated assault then, I can also include: Combat Kickboxing, a no-nonsense hybrid self-defense system into your program that will not only get you into shape, but will train you to have a warrior’s mentality, which is crucial if you truly intend to overcome and take out an attacker or assailant, whose only motive is to hurt you and take you out.

Unlike many major health clubs where you are required to purchase huge personal training packages in order to get a discount price or their so called “best deal” package, I charge only one low fee of $60. per session, and you can pay only for the session that you train, or train with a friend and share the cost (self-defense training only).

This is a huge advantage for the individual who has a membership with a health club, but never uses the facility, except when he or she has an appointment with their trainer. Why spend the extra money on something you never use, and are not serving your ultimate purpose?
