1) Proper Food Intake – You’ll learn to eat
smarter. With my nutritional guidance, you
can improve your energy levels, body
composition and overall health for safe and
LASTING RESULTS. As your coach, I will
recommend and monitor your food intake to
keep you feeling satisfied and energetic.
2) Cardio Respiratory Training – How much
time do you waste in the gym? Make every
minute count by having me as your Fitness
Coach; teach you the proper Frequency,
Intensity, Time and Type of Cardio Respiratory
exercises you need to perform to achieve
your fitness goals, making sure you don’t
waste time.
3) Functional Resistance Training – Did you
know the more lean muscle you have the more
fat you burn? Alter your body composition by
losing weight and fat through Functional
Resistance Training. Learn how to overcome
fitness plateaus.
4) Motivation and Mental Focus - Without it,
all is wasted. It is what will accelerate
your progress. As your Fitness and
Motivational Coach, I will prepare you to
