2) Cardio Respiratory Training – How much time do you waste in the gym? Make every minute count by having me as your Fitness Coach; teach you the proper Frequency, Intensity, Time & Type of Cardio Respiratory exercises you need to perform to achieve your fitness goals. Making sure you don’t waste time.

3) Functional Resistance Training – Did you know the more lean muscle you have the more fat you burn? Alter your body composition by losing weight and fat through Functional Resistance Training. Learn how to overcome fitness plateaus.
